CONSULTING SERVICES
AI governance, data security and digital transformation, in five service areas.
Short answerTSmartSecurity, a Talya Smart Inc. brand, offers five consulting areas for companies adopting AI: AI readiness and digital risk assessment, AI security and data policies, owner dashboards, communications governance, and private AI infrastructure. Each engagement starts with a discovery call and a written scope, is quoted after that call, and includes no legal advice.
We help companies put their use of AI, their data and their daily systems under clear rules and a single view. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written scope; nothing is implemented or tested before that.

WHY NOW
Your teams already use AI, without rules
Staff paste company data into public assistants and nobody has a map of where that happens.
Your data is scattered, so the owner has no single view
ERP, accounting, CRM, bank and messaging each tell part of the story, on a different screen.
Legacy PHP platforms carry security debt
Old runtimes and unmaintained packages keep known weaknesses alive until someone looks.
WHAT WE DO AND WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE
What we do
- Assess, design and plan: readiness assessments, policies, specifications, architectures and implementation plans.
- Work only inside a written scope, with a discovery call before any proposal.
- Hand over documents you own: reports, policies, specifications and roadmaps.
What we do not promise
- Ready-made products or installation before a scope is agreed.
- Regulatory compliance, data residency or outcomes we cannot verify.
- Legal advice: legal review is provided separately by qualified professionals.

PHP MODERNIZATION
Moving a PHP application to a modern stack?
That work is done by Talya Smart Inc.’s php2modern brand sites, each migration starting with an assessment report on the existing application. TSmartSecurity only points you to the right brand.
QUESTIONS
What is an AI readiness assessment and what does it cover?
It is a structured review of how ready a company is to use AI. TSmartSecurity’s AI Readiness & Digital Risk Assessment covers process and data maturity, an inventory of systems and integrations, and a map of where teams already use AI, including unapproved tools. It is done through interviews and an authorized review of systems, and it ends with a readiness report, a prioritized roadmap and phased quick wins. Scope and price are agreed after a discovery call.
Who writes AI usage and data security policies for a company?
TSmartSecurity designs AI usage and data policies together with their technical counterparts: what the policy requires, which control enforces it, and what the specification and budget look like. The policy work is technology consulting. Where legal review is required, clients may engage appropriately qualified independent legal professionals; TSmartSecurity does not give legal advice and makes no promise of regulatory compliance.
Do you sell a ready-made owner dashboard or WhatsApp inbox?
No. Executive dashboards and the communications control center are consulting and solution-design engagements: a needs assessment, an architecture, an integration plan and a custom proposal. Only after that proposal is accepted is anything built, and each data source or messaging line is assessed before we commit to it.
Can a company run its own AI model without sending data to public services?
In many cases yes, and that is what the Private AI engagement is for: a data-residency assessment, a target architecture for a container-based data center with a local language model, and an operating model. What is realistic depends on your systems, hardware and suppliers, so TSmartSecurity makes no promise about data residency, offline operation or model performance before discovery and architecture validation.
How do the consulting services relate to the security assessments you sell?
They are separate offers. The five consulting areas are scoped and quoted after a discovery call and have no published price. The fixed-scope security assessments, such as the PHP Emergency Assessment and the Website Security Audit, have their own scope and catalog price and can be ordered on their own. They are listed under the first two consulting areas as related technical services only; they do not include policy drafting or governance consulting.
